iMumz believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation & refunds policy. Under this policy:

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after purchasing the program within 7 days of starting the program.

• Cancellation or refund will not be entertained ater 7 days.

• To initiate the cancellation process, please reach out to customer service team at support@imumz.com
• Once the refund is initiated, it takes up to 6-8 working days for the payment to reach to the original payment source.
